Privacy Policy

To provide and personalize the app — generate workouts, nutrition, coaching, recaps, your avatar, and form guidance; power the features and community you opt into; process membership payments; keep the Service secure; and comply with law. We rely on your consent (for optional/sensitive data), performance of our contract (to run the Service you signed up for), and our legitimate interests (security, improvement) as legal bases where they apply.

Health-related inputs (biomarkers, body metrics, wellbeing) are optional and provided by you. We use them only to power the features you use (e.g. lab education, readiness, coaching) and never sell them. Where the law requires explicit consent for such data, your act of entering it and using those features constitutes that consent; you can delete it at any time.

To deliver AI coaching, recaps, guidance, analysis, and translations, relevant context (e.g. your training data and message) is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your result. It is used to produce your result and is not used to train third-party models.

We use Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Netlify and Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments — we never store your full card details), and Anthropic (AI). Each processes data only to provide their service under their own terms.

We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours (including the United States). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.

We do not sell your personal data. Content is private by default; it becomes visible to others only when you choose (e.g. add friends, post publicly, set a public profile, join leaderboards, or link a coach). We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the Service and its users.

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and run the app. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. In-app you can edit your profile, control rankings / public profile / sharing in Settings, and export your data from the Export tool. To exercise any right or request deletion, email luxeforgeio@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Data is protected with row-level security (you can only read your own rows), access controls, and encryption in transit. Private buckets are owner-scoped. We keep your data while your account is active; when you delete your account we delete or anonymize your associated data, except where we must retain limited records to comply with law or resolve disputes. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you as required by law.

LuxeForge is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
